The claim by many of a "New World Order"
#21
WT, You are a very intelligent person, but you quit too soon. Why don't you shed your anger towards me, and let's figure out how to throw these bums out of office. I would like to increase the value of my property through responsible government. Send me a PM if you can get over misconceptions. I am ready to fight. How about you?

here is a little bit from Peter Joseph from the Zeitgeist Movement. It touches on the New World Order.

Fluid social change can only materialize if two circumstances are met. One, the human value system, which consists of our understandings and beliefs, must be updated and changed through education and thoughtful introspection. Two, the environment surrounding that value system must change to support the new world view. The interaction between a person's value system and their environment is what influences human behavior.

For example, in our culture, "ethics" is really a matter of degree, for our social system promotes and rewards competition and self-interest. This perspective doesn't just "lead" to aberrant behavior... it creates it directly. Corruption is the norm in our society and most people do not see this, for since the society supports this behavior, it is considered right and normal... or as a matter of degree.

Given this understanding, there is a fallacy that has emerged where certain groups are deemed "corrupt" and everyone else is "good". This is the age old "us and them" world view which has no basis empirically, for it is, again, all a matter of degree.

For example, there is a large movement of people who constantly talk about "The New World Order" and this notion that there is an elite group of people who have been trying to take over the world for a long time and have manipulated society in various ways to further their goals.

This, of course, is true to a certain extent.

BUT, the failure of awareness is that this "group" is not a group at all. It is a tendency.

If you took out all the people at the top who are engaged in global hegemonic rule, it would simply be a matter of time before another group stepped in to seek the same ambition. Therefore, it isn't the individual people or groups that are the problem. It is actually the conditions upon which those people have been accustomed and indoctrinated by. Of course, many argue against this view with the escapist notion that it is "human nature" that causes this competition and need for dominance. This is unsupported by the facts. In reality, we are nearly clean slates when we are born and it is our environment that shapes who we are and how we behave.

Therefore, in order for TRUE change to occur, we must spend less time battling the products of this sick social structure and more time trying to change the root causes. As difficult and daunting as it may be to think this way, it is the only way our world will change for the better.

We can continue to stomp on the ants coming out from under the refrigerator, but until we remove the spoiled food behind it, they are just going to keep coming.

Hey Danno...

Thanks so much for all your thought and time to present here information about "The Zeitgeist Movement." It is really interesting what they have to say about the "New World Order" perpsective, too. Some truth to it they assert, but nothing permanent as persons come and go and power shifts simply because of the mortality we face as a humans. Very astute point.

Now to explore the Zeitgeist Movement further, what do you know about its central core beliefs, in a brief few sentence summary?

Also, how generally practical is this to a majority of people? It is very well-intentioned and humane, but how would it be applied given the monied and powered elites we have who in many ways pull the strings today??

Hey, hey, HEY BD...

Glad you got IT ! Yes, all that above to say that this whole deal about an alleged "New World Order" is alleged to be a "good ole boy's club" at the highest levels of society.

Same "good ole boys club" world-wide, political parties don't matter, nations don't matter, most people don't matter. Rather, Their power and money and getting more of both is ALL that mattters, the rest of us can just "go eat cake."

That's IT ! VOILA !!

Well, it's all pretty darn complex. Way beyond my ability to articulate it well. Probably best to watch the movies. Here is a short excerpt from the website listed below which illustrates the main purpose of the movement: "To constantly maximize existing and future technologies with the sole purpose of enhancing all human life and protecting the environment." notice that they said "ALL" human life and not "SOME at the expense of others". As simple as it seems this has never been addressed on this planet.

Our current path worldwide is definitely about the upper eschelon gaining and keeping power and the Zeitgeist movies expose a lot of the lies they have fed us. What is being proposed is probably far ahead of it's time. The ultimate goal is a world without money (and thus almost no crime and corruption) and a world without politicians using science and technology to it's fullest to fix problems instead of politicians who rarely solve problems. This is very hard to envision for some because we are so indoctrinated otherwise. We rarely give problems to science to find real solutions to our problems, such as world starvation. Science has the answer... politicians do not and never have and never will. Please watch the movie but if you are closed minded about Christianity you probably won't watch long but also keep in mind that the religious aspects of the movie are only a very small and mostly irrelevant part of the whole.

I don't want to post the content here because it is too large so here is the link a good essay about the movement...

The following is a passage from the above linked essay. It explains the process of what I term "going back in time" a process I see a quite a few people, some right here on this forum, accepting as the answer to our problems.

"Unfortunately, today the majority of people respond to simplistic answers, which tend to repeat the cycle of events. When faced with intolerable social conditions, many of the older patterns will emerge again as people attempt to find someone or something to blame for the conditions, e.g. minorities, immigrants, negligence in adhering to religious principles or family values, and the influences of some inexplicable supernatural forces."

The idea that a reptile like being evolved on some distant planet and was biologically able to interbreed with humans is 100% lunacy. Based on scientific fact the odds of that happening is astronomical.

Is it possible Ickes was put in place with a plan to be grouped together with those who are on the right track and thus all be discredited as conspiracy nuts? These are the type of tactics that John Perkins exposed in his role as an economic hit man working for the CIA.

Hey Danno...

Yes, David Icke and the reptile is total lunancy!! Alex Jones sees it the same way as you, that Icke is trying to sidetrack by design much of what Jones is concerned about, which is the growing power of global elites to manange the world's resources for Their Own Interests, the rest of us be damned.

Icke has latched onto what Jones and others have postulated, then added the reptile deal. Definitely seems like a scheme to discredit legit concerns about the power and resources that some are acquiring like those on Wall Street and rich bankers, mixed with governmental elites, corporate elites, media elites, educational elites and academic elites to name the major players.

Just the Good Ole Boy network, Global Style, like we have here, Waukegan Style. New faces here and there in leadership positions around here, but behind the scenes, the Good Ole Boys burn Their candles late into the wee morning hours devising schemes to keep and acquire more power for Themsevles, the rest of us be damned.

Look around Waukegan, what really has changed?? Nuthin'. Genesee continues to go operate in the deficit, can't keep many eateries on Genesee, city's retail is abysmal (still no movie theater or book store anywhere to be found), troubled schools, troubled neighborhoods, troubled health care system, overwhelmed police and fire department and on and on and on.

All white The Good Ole Boys sit and plan how to keep IT all broke while they rake IT in, and devise new schemes how what little may have been achieved to defeat that, too, to acquire as much Power as They can get.

Same story here, same story on a broader scale, in many, many ways. The "New World Order" is a stinking, rotting order, nothing new about it and never will be. Same old order of greed, exploitation, privilege and power at all costs.
