I really do appreciate the conversation we shared, as well as the time he spent addressing my concerns. There is a monumental task in front of this district. I know it will not be fixed overnight. I learned today, that unless people have not been enlightened to a problem, they will not always realize it was broken in the first place.
To those of you I included in a real problem of district matters, I want to thank you for the promptness of your reply, and plan of action to resolve it.

Hi Snoop(my favorite Peanuts character by the way),

I am curious, was there any substance to his replies or were you too mezmerized by the professionalism and eloquence to notice?

All Ears,
In this matter, he did exactly what he told me he would, and it was confirmed by my daughter and her other classmates.
He did clear up an item I had questions about that was posted last year, as well.
Mesmerized, no, but he was professional. I was not baffled with BS nor dazzled ...It was a good conversation, and will call on him if situations arise.
Just my experience as a concerned parent, I felt he did a good job addressing my concerns.

(Snoopy definately my favorite as well!)

Yes, all classes but one on the first floor, locker upstairs. The kids seem to be doing a good job sharing/changing lockers on their own. I do commend them (and the teachers) for doing what they can to make their lives there a little more tolerable.

One of my children has her locker way away from most of her classes, as well. She tells me it isn't feasible to go to her locker in between classes. Not enough time. She carries her book bag to every class. Is it perfect? Nope. But we deal with life and move on. Hopefully more thought can go into these assignments as time goes on.
Met some very energetic teachers tonight, God Bless the teachers of the youth of Waukegan!
