the fact that the Mayor is having a birthday celebration for the city of Waukegan AT city hall the day BEFORE the primary is the most obvious ploy I have ever witnessed. another shameful example of how this city "works".

very funny, sorry i didn't think of that myself.
if the administration actually gets the cake to city hall and serves it, at least that would be one project that is completed.

That's probably the only thing the Hyde administration and the good old boys are most successful at.... Honoring themselves for their non-accomplishments and incompetence.
