the fact that the Mayor is having a birthday celebration for the city of Waukegan AT city hall the day BEFORE the primary is the most obvious ploy I have ever witnessed. another shameful example of how this city "works".

very funny, sorry i didn't think of that myself.
if the administration actually gets the cake to city hall and serves it, at least that would be one project that is completed.
