I am watching the Channel 5 News. They are not mentioning the break-in. I sent them the pictures. Channel 5 doesn't care about Waukegan.

That is what makes me standout among Americans, I am ready to protect myself and my neighbors. I understand that today's youth have been overly influenced by Hollywood and under influenced by the gene providers called parents. I have security cameras. I tried to upload the video of them from start to finish for you doubting Thomas's but this site won't allow it. The three should be in the newspaper for furthering their lives, like joining the service and serving several tours. Maybe even graduating from school. Instead they are filmed breaking into an old mans home. How can I tell they are breaking in? I can see them kicking in the door silly. Did they take anything? What does it matter? They are kicking in the door, is their life worth it? What would you do if a foot bashes through your door when you are in your 80's (or any age)? Of course I know him, he is my neighbor, do you know yours? This is another reason kids feel invisible, no one knows anyone. There are several kids living on Metropolitan. I asked them why they threw a large tree branch into the middle of the road after they exited the school bus and laughed when I was forced to either drive around or move it. I stopped a few days later and told the parents. It takes a village. It's a shame not even the parents have what it takes.

Why such a harsh reaction when someone asked for clarification? Yes, you posted pictures, but they don't give any proof of the alleged criminal activity. Your initial post also gave no detail of the alleged criminal activity. I would hope people would ask questions and gather more information - we are still innocent until proven guilty, no?

I agree. The poster is not answering questions. I am having visions of the balloon boy family calling 911 to report him flying away. The poster's pictures and story are interesting but his desire for praise seems most important to him. It seems a little odd.

Why bother with a loser poster like this one, or the ludicrous "Balloon Boy Jerk-wad"? Sunny; When these creeps break in and snap your neck, your tune will change. These seriously hardened criminals are chosing homes based on location (Secluded) and a 2 second glance as they drive by. Sunny, You will say anything to get a rise. You are simply typing because you think you have a thought of value (You're wrong, you forgive the crimnals and sanction the messengers). The security video shows morons like you driving right past the break in, as it is in progress (The next-door neighbors, to this mans home in this case). I post evidentiary pictures and put myself on the line, like I have nothing to loose, just to find my reward for being an upstanding citizen is to be attacked. Innocent until proven guilty? The clock is off on the security system (13 hours fast, I don't have time to fix everything). I really hate that even photographic evidence is not enough to convince some folks. I would like to ask them what is evidence enough for them? They accuse me of not answering? Are there any Intelligent posters in this forum? Make yourself heard! I am wasting my time with this forums dropouts.

I don't see the door being kicked in on that video. I see what may be suspicious activity, but no break-in. Was there damage to the door or any other part of the house? I can't see any on the video. The photographs also don't show any illegal activity, and the kids don't look like 'thugs' either - they look like typical teens to me. I'm not saying that these guys did or did not do something illegal; I'm just saying that your evidence isn't proving anything to me. Have the police conducted an investigation? What have they said?
