There have been other meetings, marchess, and you name it. How can a Policeman prevent a crime BEFORE it happens? How can a Mayor prevent crimes BEFORE they happen? Is there a death sentence in Illinois? Stop the damned plea barginings. Some one ,or some folks need to get the gangs to meet. I'll speak--we need to talk to the kids and not to one another. :cry: Its soooo sad.
