Is Waukegan spraying for mosquitoes this summer?

Mosquitoes are our most effective evening crime deterrent. Spray yourselves. More likely, I expect some enterprising Progressive will make this a campaign issue next year for all you helpless individuals to rally around, how pitiful. It's no wonder our city and state is on the verge of bankruptcy. I am not a strict environmentalist, by any measure, however, do you suppose that the mosquito spraying may kill more than mosquitoes? Again, how pitiful your pleas. Is your political philosophy based on the expectation that the masses take, also, the medicine necessary for the very few? Ever flush any pills down the toilet, rather than throwing them in the garbage? What substances are present in the makeup of your public drinking water? If you have not attained a high school degree, as I have, I suggest you enroll in a GED course, and join the real world. It's not hard. But, you have to spend alot of time reading the facts. Get with it.

CL, your knee-jerk response to Kelly was offensive. You should apologize to Kelly.

Why don't you go to Florida and announce how wrong spraying for mossies is, while they are experiencing outbreaks of Dengue Fever (AKA Breakbone Fever). Remember Yellow Fever Dengue, and Malaria were endemic in the gulf region until it was discoved that mosquitos were the vector spreading the diseases. Good public health campaigns to kill mosquitos and their larvae resulted in countless lives saved and made it possible for economic growth of the region.
