The bigger picture here is not President Obama bowing today but this entire relationship with China.

That was my subtle point -this administration is leading the way, the relationship with China (keeping in mind the turns the U.S.'s relationship recently has made with Israel, Britain, India...).

I too am deeply concerned about our relationship with China as well and read much about this. Just read this morning about some of the discussions that went on at the nuclear summit.
