We do not have getto's, but we do have certain neighbourhoods that house lower income.
I do not get your local newspaper way out here, unless they allow subscriptors from overseas and send me one every day

I have been to Chicago, but not many other parts of Illinois, unless flying over it counts
I used to work for BP, in inorganic chemistry, but also Oil and Petroleum Derrivates.
I have been to North Chicago to study new ways of producing in chemistry at the Abbot Labs, and met certain people there who live in Waukegan. I was allowed to spend the time there at their place. I loved the little town, and my friends told me about the problems with Waukegan. So, with my mind on assisting, I went out and tried to find plces where things might improve. And I post them here
