Intelligence, and having the ability to detect misleading statements, are not necessarily synonymous. Nevertheless, your reasons for not joining Crew are personal and I respect that. I can assure you, (well, you know this from when me met) that I am very British, and British-isms in my writing give me away. I hope that you don't think I am 'sailor 72.' I tried being someone else once, on the Town site - 'Adam Smith'. It 's hard enough being me, let alone trying to be someone else and keep up an alias.
Rest assured that if I do pop up under a pseudonym it will be a political thinker, Baron de Montesquieu or Thomas Malthus. Propaganda is not my style. However, I'm the first to admit that if anyone is guilty of trying to 'advertise' Crew it is me.
