The Union has tried to support the teachers but are not listened to. The contract means nothing to the current administration. Teachers that speak out (in favor of the students) are punished, teachers that go along, like sheep, with the current administration are rewarded with extra classes house placements and pitted against other teachers. When will the state come in? The school board has proven they cant hire competent administrators. and yes they are aware of the situations, Either they dont care, beleive the administration or just dont have a clue.
