I hope so if this is true. I can't imagine him leading our city. I've heard Mr. Guzman speak several times -his own words sink him. And yet the audience at the 'debate' didn't care. They only wanted what he couldn't really deliver.

Question: If this is true -what would the charge be since the crime did not happen. Solicitation? Intent for harm? Are these fines or do they mean jail time? Can a person with such a charge run for office ever again?

And where the heck is the news sun in all this?
