WPS now an Internet Service Provider?
#11
Again, forum rules - attack the post not the poster.

It is factually correct that your trusted friend is a member of the newly elected board and a member of the 'prior" board. Many positions were approved while he was a member of the prior board. The board acts as one, unless he publicly dissented and cast his vote against every new position, he has no leg to stand on.

Is it now the intent of loyal supporters of their trusted friend board members to state that trusted friends board members cannot be held responsible for actions the board took even when the trusted friend board member was a member of that same board and voted on the issue? Trusted friends that are board members are politicians and are supposed to be held responsible for their actions by citizens. That's how our republic works.

Umm, snoopy did not attack you.

I see the security response as reasonable under the current climate. For one thing they cannot shut people out of the board meetings... that would be illegal. I think they are simply being proactive in case some nut job gets an urge to "go postal" on them.

They have violated their own policies, state law and federal law as well as any sense of normal decency. In our case they accused her of being a threat to herself and to her fellow employees and tried to send her to a psycologist. Then admitted months later under oath that they just made up the accusations about her mental health. Batiste admitted the same and blamed the board. (Go to youtube and search on batiste hawn waukegan)

If the board, board attorney, Batiste, Gaudin, Howard and Pattison are doing the above, the prudent thing to do is be proactive and lock everyone out.

As far as shutting people out at board meetings, they did it to me after the above conversation at a board meeting recorded Batiste's admission.

Yesterday morning (Wednesday - 22nd) about 7:30am there was a police car parked at the north side of Lincoln Ctr drive. Officer and police dog present. Thought it was odd - so commenting.

Wow, Freedom, sorry that you are so sensitive that a comment of not taking shots at me got your panties in a jumble. I will now no longer recognize your existence. Good luck to you.

As a coach, I have a couple of times got "kicked out" of the game. My favorite comment was with my glasses in my hand reaching out to the umpire," Hey blue, do you need these? You are missing a great game!"
I think its time for me to get one of them, "Needs a break" comments from Admin, or perhaps something even more clever than that!
To feel that I've insulted you is just plain retarded, sorry North Ave Dude, I'm not always PC, myself. For the retarded that post here, please accept my sincere appologies! Not talking about mentally handicapped, just regular ole Waukegan retards.

Umm, or maybe, Umm, I was just, Umm, looking for some words, umm, to have fun with......the word umm. (Umm reminded me of Obama's press secretary)

Shawn, lets' just debate the issues that are being discussed. Discussions on this board do not have to always end up degenerating into statements like, "I'm sorry that you are so sensitive" or "got your panties in a jumble" or "I will now no longer recognize your existence." or "To feel that I've insulted you is just plain retarded" or "For the retarded that post here" or "Not talking about mentally handicapped, just regular ole Waukegan retards."

Your comments were innapropriate, insensitive and beneath you. Let's just try to elevate the conversation. We won't always succeed but shouldn't we at least try?
