I hope so if this is true. I can't imagine him leading our city. I've heard Mr. Guzman speak several times -his own words sink him. And yet the audience at the 'debate' didn't care. They only wanted what he couldn't really deliver.

Question: If this is true -what would the charge be since the crime did not happen. Solicitation? Intent for harm? Are these fines or do they mean jail time? Can a person with such a charge run for office ever again?

And where the heck is the news sun in all this?

I doubt the police will do anything.
Hyde benefits from having Guzman in the race to pull votes away from Cunningham.
If they were going to arrest Guzman, they would have done so already.
It seems like the charges could include harrassment, intimidation, conspiracy, making terrorsist threats, solicitation to commit a felony.
I'm convinced that we need to vote some new guys into office but Guzman is definitely not a choice that I would ever consider.

What was the reference on the "restaurant" being investigated? Is this the restaurant "owned" by Grbac and Vanagas as referenced in the blog earlier??? (see below-new restaurant in Waukegan) If yes....what is being invetigated?

no no no...(SHAKING HEAD IN DISGUST) the nerve of guzman to ask uncle mike to do such a thing!!! Guzman is just a puppet anyways..you seriously think he knows what he's doing!!! yea right!!

i don't support Guzman ideals. but i truthfully believe that this video is total politics as usual. I do support some of Cunningham ideals but if this video was made as it looks to me for the purpose of defaming Guzman . shame on you Cunningham or Richard Hyde and i feel sorry for Waukegan people ,in special for this type of business that they make their money in most part on Latino community collecting cash and not paying the IRS.

I know he's out of the race but ran across this youtube video of Jose's campaign and why he would have been good for the Latino population of Waukegan.
