What type of handouts? I simply posted this to get reaction from people who may know the candidates. I would like someone's opinion besides yours. We all know you have a vendetta going against the school.
On the other hand, I give you points for trying to prove the corruption we all know exists.
Not everyone is corrupt, however.

Rather than "vendetta" I think term "agenda driven campaign" better describes the efforts of freedomisntfree. I'm curious to see what the response from Waller and/or Madigan's offices will (or will not) be since their assessment, in theory, will be a more accurate read on this situation than the repetitive accusations levied by a spouse who appears to be loyally defending the person he obviously believes has been wronged. Time will tell.

Thank you for keeping this conversation civil.
I am a life- long son of Waukegan or its schools. I am a parent of students attending Waukegan schools. I am a taxpayer of the Waukegan school district. I am also a voter within said district. I am not related to Mike, but proud to call him a friend. Proud of the efforts he makes for the children of Waukegan Schools. I also think Tony Elam will represent his community well and am proud to call Tony my friend.
I am a believer that there are three sides to a story, and appreciate the times when I can sit back and not jump to conclusions without hearing an opposing view. ( Still working on this new-found discipline,  )
I am a veteran of the US Army, though I may not agree with your words, I defended your right to say them.
Who am I? That is a very profound and philosphical question. I appreciate your question and will contemplate that one with the thoughts of Descarte and Socrates, among a few.
I do know, I am a friend of Woodstock and my buddy Charlie Brown. :lol: Airborne!
Just my opinion, if you choose to hand out fliers at an event, I believe it will only hurt your cause. If everything you allege is true, your family stands to be compensated well by the courts. It is unfortunate it would be tax payer money, but the chips will fall where the may. I for one, am interested in the results of the pending investigation. My question would be, if you are so confident of the outcome of this investigation, why go to the extremes you state? Obviously, you would not be received well, I believe it would do more damage to you, than good.
I wonder if there is any truth to a rumor that the courts dismissed your accusation that they violated the open meetings act? I wonder if there is truth to a rumor that you are banned from school property?
Going now to see if I can sneak a smooch from Lucy.....

I find it odd that of all the sitting board members who would be involved in these allegations, Mr. Rodriguez is the one being singled out. Why? I think it's going to become abundantly clear that someone's claims and allegations are without merit and this is more about a vendetta than anything else.

One more thing, before I dare to dream of my next encounter with the bloody Red baron. Please do not presume to know if I had done my investigation into this matter. Please do not presume to know that I did not read the novel of information you provided everyone here with. Please know I am not taking up YOUR battle because you suggest it is what you think I should do. Please do not think you dominate the thoughts of Waukegan parents about our school district, even though you have dominated this board with posts. If someone has done a criminal act, may they be held both accountable for their actions and serve in the retribution in their wrong doing. Please do not presume that because you have presented an argument in print, that I believe all that you say. I pray for you and yours that you may find a resolution to your troubles, but also must have faith in the justice system of these United States, of which I was prepared to die defending.
I am disgusted with the fact Waukegan Schools are second to last in Lake County. I believe our students could be better provided for. I believe we could cut a ton of spending by eliminating many administraters, and requiring these professionals to take on more instead of lessening their load. I remember a time that the stepping stone of this district was to leave Lincoln Center to be a principal, not the other way around. I believe we tolerate entirely too much BS from students that distract rather than participate in the classroom, that more focus should be upon the students that actually are in school for an education. I believe there should be an instant immersion for non-English speakers and Waukegan should follow what Mundelien is implementing. Most importantly, I do not believe you should be telling me what I should be doing with my free time, as you have posted so often, these are only allegations.
Good luck to you and your accusations against WPS. I will be watching to see the outcome of this.

I have met each of these men and have the greatest respect for them.
I finally found this website, registered and began to browse. Looks great! It's not waukegan.org, but it's new and seems to have the potential to rapidly grow. I'm very glad to have found it.
WOW! Ron Sartin seems to have it out for a LOT of people. I don't know all the details of this situation/conspiracy that he speaks of, but it seems a little tacky to go to that fundraiser and pass out any kind of literature without permission of the people hosting the event. Just my thoughts.
