I think I just saw the start of a car chase

Some kind of low slung black car on Sunset Av. westbound doing 80+MPH :o (and in the rain too!) and then about a minute later, two Waukegan PD Squads doing about 60MPH. Not sure how they'd catch up, but I can understand why they'd play it safe until they'd get past Green Bay Rd.

I wonder if some big wreck or report will be in the paper tomorrow.
