A's Fashion Mall

I saw them dismanteling the signs at A's Fashion Mall (former Pick N Save, former Venture Store) on Belvidere. It's uncommon to have signage come down after a closure in Waukegan unless something else is moving in.

Has anybody heard anything about another effort in that site?

We drove by today and it looks like it is being advertised as 'The Waukegan Mall,' retail space available, opening soon. That's about all the sign said.
