Those videos of the city are very deceitful. Did anyone else take notice of the disproportionate amount of white students shown in a high school classroom in the education video? I bet they had to search for a long time to be able to get a shot of a classroom like that. That shows their deception was intentional. Who made this video? Shame on them. And where are the "lake view apartments" they mention as being "just a few blocks" from the train station and Waukegan Harbor and housing "a growing population of young professionals"? The approach seems to be to try to deceive people into moving here. They are trying too hard to make Waukegan look like Libertyville.
