Haven't you ever heard the expression, "Busy people get things done"?
The very reasons you list as why she's "too busy" are the very reasons she should be elected Alderman.
She's very active in improving our city and will not be doing the job for the healthcare benefits, unlike Larry.
Seriously, the guy is 78. Time to retire.
If he truly "walked the ward" he would see that someone on my block had a tarp covering their garage instead of a door for OVER 4 years!!
And that another home on our block has a ghetto deck in their backyard for which they did not pull a permit.
We need someone who can get things done, in our ward and in city council.
Suzy raised private funds to keep our municipal band playing outdoor concerts in the summer, after the board cut off their funding.
One of the scant cultural events of value in our town.
Out with the old, in with the new.
