Jeff (SuxLinkSux),
This 6th Ward family is supporting Susan Link for Alderman. Happy to do so!
It is simply time for a POSITIVE change in Waukegan. Larry has been our Alderman for 30+ years and in that time, our city and ward have slowly declined. We cannot afford anymore decline in Waukegan, and frankly, don't deserve it.
I am a lifelong Waukegan resident and am tired of "business as usual." Larry is "business as usual."
I agree with you that the 6th Ward is the best run ward. Is that Larry's doing? Hardly. This ward has been well-run because we are "fortunate" enough to have residents who care for Waukegan and their neighborhoods. The 6th Ward has only maintained itself over the years because of the types/sizes of homes located here...not the aldermen. Larry might mow lawns and clean snow but we need an alderman now who can help develop our ward & city for years to come. We believe Susan will help facilitate this positive growth and look forward to supporting her.
