Over the last three years the Carpenters Union has held the line on pay increases and benefits, for obvious reasons, our base rate of pay has been reduced by $4.00 an hour to buttress our pension fund which is currently in the yellow zone. Hey teachers, what zone is your pension fund in and where are your contributions invested? This is a cartoon that explains what the fed is doing.
