Waukegan police looking for bank robber

Waugekan police are searching for a man who robbed a bank Thursday afternoon.
About 3:25 p.m., a man entered at NorStates Bank, 1601 N. Lewis Ave., went to a teller and presented a note. The man implied he had a weapon, though no one reported seeing a firearm.
The teller gave the man cash, and the suspect fled south on foot. The amount of money stolen is currently undetermined.
The suspect is described as a thin black man in his early 30s with scruffy facial hair wearing jeans, a brown jacket and hooded sweatshirt underneath.
Police recovered the brown jacket and are searching for a suspect. They're also reviewing bank surveillance footage.
