It appears the way life is now days there are no good neighbors (or towns). Whatever happened to, "look out for thy neighbor",... "be friendly to thy neighbor", "help thy neighbor"? Too bad Mayberry wasn't real, all good people would move there.

If it isn't greed, it's all about, ME ME ME and F :oops: U :oops: or, more than likely, BOTH :!:

I'm not in B.P. We looked at moving there but that town is also going down hill... ethnic wise. TRUTH HURTS, hey B.P. (and others).

I've been around a long-long time and lived many places so the following situations I know for fact. Blacks move into your "hood", your realestate value drops by (ABOUT) 1/2. Browns move in, it drops (ABOUT) 1/3. So which is the better evil? Sorry, TRUTH HURTS! . (hint) :roll: White "hoods" don't have bars on there store doors and windows.

OH, the water problem.... when the village does nothing then your next possible/probable recourse is the EPA. They oversee the implementation of the Safe Drinking Water Act, and by the way, is the NATIONAL LAW that safeguards tap water in America. Isn't B.P. drinking from wells? You just may have a case too.

Do birds do doo-doo on roofs?

Look up the Army Corps of Engineers Chicago office and explain the situation and ask them what to do. They do concern themselves with such issues.
