That is just_ not true. B.P. very well is going down hill but it is not due to any certain race moving in here!!
I happen to be white, the "trash" that used to live next door to me, well, guess what!!! They were white, and there is nothing worse than white trash. While they were living in my "hood", they really could have brought property values down, so happy they were "run" outta here!!
