Our Founding Fathers profoundly understood God-given rights for the people and the necessary limits on Federal government power in our Constitution. They were brilliant men who stepped forward and laid their lives on the line, literally, in difficult times. Please don't portray their substantial contribution as outdated. The fact that you disagree with the wisdom put forth by our Founding Fathers is merely a reflection of your upbringing and current state of mind, rather than what is best for a free people. 223 years and counting.
It also states that some people decide to live like 223 years ago...
I wonder Classic, when you will be glorifying the second amendement when there is a crazy lunatic who will carry a gun and shoots you or your friends or a Supreme Court Justice or the President.
The Founding Fathers lived in a time of turmoil when trust and honor where things that were not so common as today. 223 years later, some people in the US still need to learn those lessons.
Gunbans are a GOOD thing. In the Netherlands, we have a gun crime related murder rate of 0,8 per 1,000 per month
In the UK, it is even less, like 0,4 per 1,000 per month
In the Chicago area alone there are sometimes 3 deaths a day related to gun crimes.
So I wonder who is the better of. We, socialistic, caring Europeans? Or you constitution worshipping, gunloving individuals!!
