I'll bet a lot of the $11 million goes to studies and little will go to actual stuff. Close the Genesee St. Bridge. There are two streets, one East, one West, that provide an alternate route. Leave the bridge open for pedestrians only. Also forget about extending or re-designing Belvidere to the lakefront. It already goes there. Down the line if things take off, then redo it. not now.
Also the water department has continually expended millions of dollars over the years. What the hell do they do with all that money. Our water still tastes like crap.
