What exactly are you worried about? I dont like unnecessary regulation and telco handouts but Net Neutrality is kinda of a no brainer. It has wide acceptance from many people in private and public sector both sides of the political spectrum. The only folks against it are ATT, Comcast,news corp. and clear channel. Do you really think ISP's should decide how to distribute access to a public resource like the internet. They have already been shown to be anti-competitive and untrustworthy.

All bits are created equal, its the reason the internet is such a success.
