We dress our K-8 students up in uniforms. Have done so for a number of years now. Has our gang problem disappeared?

Has attendance improved? Has it reduced problems of any sort? If not, then why do it?
Uniforms are a simple way to to "look" like we are trying to solve a problem, without actually doing anything of value.
