I'll bite. Why don't you tell us why we needed immigration laws in the first place Danno. And then I'll tell you more of why I'm sure we need them now.

Our first immigration regulation was directed toward the Chinese and it was mostly based on racist elements and a lack of acceptance, understanding and knowledge of an unfamiliar and different culture.
