Who's at fault...
...when your neighbor redirects there rain downspout and it drains into your yard, then your garden is washed away?
...when a road is repaved & the rainwater is redirected into your yard drowning your grass and washing away your soil? :cry:
...when the ally behind your house, which is owned by the village, is repaved without a care to it's drainage. Then you're finding extra rainwater in your yard and around your house. Then later finding your homes foundation is unevenly sinking causing major damage? :o
And we're paying higher & higher real-estate taxes for...... a poor job? :evil:
