I don't have as much time as I like to post, but I'll make myself heard every now and then.

BTW, I keep hearing that pitiful reason 'It's for the children' over and over when the City wants to indulge itself with one fantasy project after another. When they say 'It's for the children' they mean the increased tax bills that'll come due once the kids are old enough to fork it over to the government.
