Agreed, on the national level. But I've read in numerous articles about the concern at the local level where a 'handful' of votes can sway an election. Think about it, we've got 4 mayoral candidates. The votes will be spread thin as it is -so a handful could affect the bottom line. Who will lead Waukegan.

At any rate this will be very interesting to follow to see how far it goes!
