I hate this term .. but the school board needs to start thinking "outside the box" to get this going in the right direction. And also, why arent some of these good teachers at the school recruited into adminstrative positions. Why must the school board always think some one from another area, who knows nothing about Waukegan is better for those jobs. I can name three to four coaches/teachers that could run that building better then those house principals from Grayslake, Wisconsin, Highland Park, Chicago, Louisiana, and god knows where.
