Opening Day at the Genesse

I'm not saying it is a waste of time and money. Perhaps it is. Boring meetings seems to be a part of every work environment and sometimes that's just the way it is. If they are being paid to be there then why complain? It is a part of the job . If we want our students to follow the rules we should be able to expect the same of our teachers. Wouldn't skipping a mandatory meeting kind of be like a kid skipping a class he felt was boring and unnecessary?
