Finance Committee 07/06/2009 Water Rate Increase

The agenda for the finance committee is not online so I occasionally go to look at it. The city just raised our water rates a few months ago and now they want to raise it again. I know a lot of you don't go beyond the 4000 gallon per quarter minimum but I do because I have a large garden. I think we might be better off with JAWA. Maybe we can scrap the Waukegan Water plant and buy from JAWA.
