I bet you will have luck there! We went there once to find some information for a school project. The woman there was extremely helpful.

They also had all of the old high school annuals. I looked myself up.

Anyway, you'll be amazed at what they have. Check out the museum will there. Some great bird's eye view posters of old Waukegan.
