Best Affordable Suburbs 2009

I found this info while browsing the Internet. It lists every State, and in Illinois its Itasca. Population: 8,638, Median Household Income:$88,282, Median Home Price, $326,250, Unemployment Rate 3.8, Violent Crime, 7. Its a shame that we only have one Suburb that's affordable. Anyone ever been there?
