While looking at the youtubes of Guzmania's Rally, I mean the Waukegan Leadership Council's promotion of Mr. Guzman, I mean the WLC non-partisan mayoral debate this little gem above was on the related video list.
Anyone know where this melee took place? Looks like a high school dance or gathering gone horribly wrong.
Here's another fight. A gang initiation?
