The smell almost always is to the south and east of the Dump, very rarely if ever to the west. If so you can bet that situation will be cared for now. Zion, Winthrop Harbor and the County will now all have a reason to force the dump to fix the problem and stop giving lip service, as it wont just effect the taxpayers in the surrounding homes. :mrgreen:
