You can go to the local papers and look through the Police Blotter columns. I often see Waukegan crimes in papers other then the News Sun.

If it's in your neighborhood you of course have a legitimate claim to call your alderman and ask about the burglaries and go to the police to ask what is going on. Good luck.

A driver from Waukegan was caught

DUI

• Rodolfo Diaz-Ibara, 28, 1731 Kayla Lane, Waukegan was charged with disobeying a no turn on red, driving without a valid drivers license, driving under the influence and driving under the influence with a blood alcohol concentration over .08 following a traffic stop at Route 43 and Deerpath at midnight on Dec. 9. He was released on a $300 cash bond pending his appearance in court on Jan. 9.

BTW I can find the article later, but apparently there is a new law in IL where first time offender's of DUI will have to put a device in their car that they breathe into before they drive. Car won't start if there is alcohol. True?
