Thanks for these updates Fedup. 139 S. Fulton sold for about that same amount 25 years ago.
I'm planning on filing for a real estate assessment appeal next week. My preliminary work has shown that over 95% of the properties sold, in my area in Waukegan, in the year 2008 have been for an amount substantially less than the most recent assessement.
