LOL, CL ... who is "We, the People" to which this speaker refers??

I am citizen of this country and therefore one of "We, the People" and this speaker certainly does not totally speak for me. She never asked me
my political views and she does not reflect them.

This YouTube is the promulgation of one political viewpoint with goading and bellicose remarks, chalk-full of countless emotional distortions and sheer untruths. Yet another "cut and paste' CL jobber with no commentary from him/her. So easy to just "cut and paste" all the time, requiring no critical and reflective thinking.

This speaker and the groupie for which she speaks called "NosPospulus certainly do speak for some of the people. But not ALL of the people.
Give me a break.

Sincerely yours,

Where were these "We the People" when Dub was subverting our constitution and undermining our liberty? It's obvious that it didn't bother them because it was the kind of undermining and subverting they liked. I have no trust for them.

People with precarious viewpoints often use "we" in an attempt to deceive the listener by bolstering their weak argument with the false support of imaginary allies". I see ClassicLib do it quite a bit.

Excellent point, Danno! It both defies common sense and is untrue of CL to constantly claim in post after post after post that any one poltical perspective speaks for all the people in such a great and diverse country as ours.

WE have many, many various political perspectives here, and each has a point but no one perspective speaks for all the people. "We, the People" every Election Day make decisions together from many different backgrounds and viewpoints and never does one particular party or viewpoint ever totally win all the time.

THIS is what makes us a great republic and keeps us always from becoming a dictatorship. This is why I am proud to be an American.

Danno, I really appreciate how deeply you think and succinctly state your perspectives with your own words. So refreshing from all the "cut and paste" blatter that so nauseatingly occurs here all the time. Big Grin

Dear WTREADER, Danno, I don't claim to speak for all the people, only myself. The growing majority of American citizens are tired of paying higher taxes to support our ever-growing federal government, and their rich paychecks and fat pensions that have led to the mess we find our country in today. Why don't you get a copy of our constitution and read it. I will not apologize for placing my trust in our Founding Fathers wisdom over your big government point of view. Shame on you both. I love my Founding Fathers and our Constitution. Why don't you?
