Computer Problems
#1
I have AT&T Uverse---I am starting to get a lot of "Messenger" pop-ups--saying someone wants me on their list, etc., and I always decline. I have reported this to Yahoo and I'm waiting to see what they're going to do. One of the pop-ups is from a friend who I talk to daily, and she has never told me she wants me on some "Messenger" list. I don't even know what that is--I don't understand "twitter", and on my cell phone I just make and receive calls. I cant take pictures with it and do that text stuff, but I'm not into that either. I am an old woman and by the time I find the keys to press to Text, the phone will go off. And on the Computer, I am like the "Slowskies". Have a good day everyone.

You should be able to disable Messenger - can one of your kids come over and take a look at it? Sometimes it gets installed and turned on when you install a new application.

My Internet Service told me that Micoft did that. I called them and asked why were they putting those lies on my Computer (well, I left a message). I haven't seen another one since. Humph! (Now they'll probably crash my C omputer) Confusedhock:

DON'T EVEN GO THERE ABOUT TEXTING--if you're talking about the telephone, by the time I'd find the first letter, that person would hang up. I don't understand that "twitter" thing either. Isn't that like "texting"? I'll stay with Yahoo cause that's the only one I know about. (I'm getting a headache thinking about texting, twittering, etc. :?
