Happy 150th Waukegan

In 1959 Waukegan had a huge parade and celebration for it's 100th birthday. I was only two years old so I don't really remember this event but because my mom took 8mm movies of it I know it was a big deal back then. So what is the city doing for the 150th birthday? Does anyone know?
