So the Waukegan Fourth of July Parade is history. Any body attend? Anybody else think there were huge gaps between "floats"? Enjoyed the day - beautiful weather. Great turn out of spectators. I'm wondering if Waukegan shouldn't / couldn't pull in some major money - selling tickets to the activities in Bowen park!
