Does anybody know if today is trick or treat in Waukegan? I just had five or sit cute little kids ring my bell... no costumes, but they said trick or treat... HMmmmmm.

Humph! I was upset when I heard kids in the hallway screaming, TRICK OR TREAT. (I live in an Apartment Bldg, and I don't know who let them in). I opened the door and there were 5 wide-eyed cute kids standing there. I told him that there was no Trick or Treating in this Building. Well this one little girl (who could have played in Annie") asked why? I told her that we were all old folks and sick---they left, immediately. When I had a house I always looked forward to the kids. Besides, I was trying to take a nap .
