Watching this thread as well as the one concerning Snoopy vs. the varsity softball coach leaves this admin wondering why the hell people can't get this worked up over the educational aspect of our schools.

I was wondering the same thing myself.

According to discussion at the School Board meeting last week (after most of the softball people left) there will be a public hearing at the next meeting on Aug. 25 for a bond issue. Wonder if as many people will show up for that as did for the coaching issue?

the only time people here are gonna care about academics is if the grade requirements for high school sport participation are raised above a D average
