To help us understand what the problems are and at what level they need to be addressed, let's create a list of specific problems or issues within the WPS school system that the Administration is NOT responsible for.

Again this is a list of problems within the WPS School System that the Administration is absolutely, positively NOT responsible for.

1. For example the Administration is not responsible if one of the unions do not effectively represent their WPS members in any situation.
