PARK CITY -- Mayor Steve Pannell said he was "pleasantly surprised" after learning his town could be one of the next recipients of a "huge" casino license.
On Wednesday, state Sen. Terry Link, D-Waukegan, told Mayor Pannell that the casino would be "huge".
"This would be huge for the city," Pannell said.
