So I got this flyer in my mailbox today - telling me that the City of Waukegan wants to annex our neighborhood.
We've lived in this neighborhood over 30 years, and never been in the city limits. Why would we want to be now?
Why would they want us to be? Sounds like a bad idea to me.
Any thoughts?
